The International High School of Portland is an independent, non-profit, co-educational high school, serving grades 9 - 12.

The School:

  • Serves college-bound students from a wide variety of economic and social backgrounds who wish to become discerning and compassionate thinkers, lifelong learners and leaders in tomorrow's world.
  • Offers a rich four-year academic program emphasizing curriculum of the globally recognized International Baccalaureate program.
  • Provides language opportunities through coursework in French, German, Mandarin and Spanish for both advanced and beginning students, enabling fluency in at least one language other than English upon graduation.
  • Features a unique service learning program culminating in a year-long internship.
  • Provides opportunities for advanced studies through collaboration with Portland State University.
